Abnormalities: Complete atrioventricular septal defect (JP-01a)

This is a case of complete atrioventricular septal defect in a fetus with trisomy 21.

The video clip corresponds to a 4-chamber view with a short sweep to the level of the 5-chamber view. There is a common atrioventricular junction (note lack of offset) with a small primum ASD (atrial component of the defect) and a large VSD (ventricular component of the defect).
